There are several ways to return goods, but most often a return bill is sent to a parcel store or by mail, which must then be booked by you at the responsible shipping company by phone. Depending on the reason for return, this will either be provided free of charge or, if applicable, deducted with a refund.
We provide a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, under condition, however, that our products are installed correctly.
